Who can use Galina?
Galina is for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts that belong to anyone younger are removed.
How do coins and gifts work?
Coins are used to send gifts to hosts and to join premium lives. Coins have no cash value outside Galina.
Can I earn from my lives?
Gifts you receive count towards your earnings, which eligible hosts can withdraw. Your withdrawal policy is in the app under Settings > Withdraw coins.
How do I report someone?
Open the profile, live, post or message in question and choose Report. Our moderators review every report.
Someone is bothering me. What can I do?
Block them from their profile so they can no longer find or contact you, or mute them to stop seeing their posts and notifications.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete Account in the app. You can also request deletion without the app: Delete Your Account
